The agreement governing your use of KabayanVPN
By registering for or using KabayanVPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
KabayanVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that routes your internet traffic through a Philippine IP address. It is built specifically for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who need to access Philippine apps, government portals, banking services, and streaming platforms from abroad.
The service uses the Outline protocol (Shadowsocks-based, developed by Jigsaw/Alphabet Inc.) and is operated by KabayanVPN, a Filipino-owned individual business based in Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.
Access is provided through a unique access key tied to a data pack. Service is activated manually within 1 hour of payment verification. The 48-hour free trial includes a 5GB data limit and requires no payment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KabayanVPN. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You agree to use KabayanVPN only for lawful purposes. The service is intended for personal, legitimate use including banking, streaming, video calls, and government portal access from abroad.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
KabayanVPN operates on a one-time, pay-per-data-pack model. There are no monthly subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
After payment, you must send a screenshot of your payment confirmation to Viber: 09182812628, along with your name and email address. Your account will be activated within 1 hour during normal business hours (Philippine Standard Time).
KabayanVPN does not guarantee immediate activation outside of normal hours, though we do our best to respond quickly.
KabayanVPN makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be affected by:
KabayanVPN does not guarantee that specific apps or platforms will always be accessible through the VPN. App providers may update their geo-blocking technologies at any time. We will work to resolve such issues promptly.
We do not guarantee specific connection speeds or latency. VPN performance depends on your local internet connection, server load, and distance.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
KabayanVPN does not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that specific apps or services will always be accessible through the VPN.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, KabayanVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including financial loss resulting from inaccessibility of banking apps or other services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific data pack giving rise to the claim.
KabayanVPN may suspend or terminate your access key at any time if:
Termination for cause will not entitle you to a refund. You may also terminate your service at any time by simply not purchasing additional data packs — there is no active cancellation required.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
